OUR SERVICES.

Companionship.
This may be, in my experience, one of the most important things that we can offer. Companionship is a basic human need and can prevent feelings of social isolation and give a person a sense of belonging. Aging sometimes comes with physical and mental limitations that were not always there. With social interaction you are able to keep your brain active and unknowingly will be getting some physical exercise.
-
medication management.
Medication management would include:
-Keeping an updated medication list as provided by your personal care physician
-Filling daily or weekly medication trays or giving daily reminders if your preference is to not have medication trays
-Administration of medications daily, if needed
-
Personal care.
As we age we sometimes find that everyday activities will become more difficult and time consuming. We are here to help you with all of your activities of daily living from bathing to eating and everything in between. We can do all this while still promoting your independence.
-
homemaking.
We know that your choice to remain at home is because it is just that, your home. We can help you maintain your home the way that you have always done so, from the way you fold your towels to the placement of your dish soap. We can keep up on all your laundry, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. We are also there to help with all of your meal preparation needs.
-

Whether you are in a wheelchair or just need help getting into the shower we are right there to help you complete the task at hand.
